My Dream Travel Destination for 2024: Bulgaria
For 2024 I have chosen Bulgaria as my travel destination. Bulgaria is special to me because my brother in law and sister live there. visiting them while exploring the beauty and culture of Bulgaria is Something I am really excited about.
Why Bulgaria?
Bulgaria is country with rich history beautiful landscape and vibrant culture. It offer mix of everything from mountains and beaches to ancient citie and modern towns. Here are the main reason why I want to visit Bulgaria:
- Family Connection: My brother in law and sister live in Bulgaria so visiting them is a big part of why I chose this destination. I can't wait to spend timed with them and see their life there.
- Beautiful Nature: Bulgaria has amazing natural scenery. The mountains especially the Rila and Rhodope Mountains are perfect for hiking. The Black Sea coast has beautiful beaches Where I can relax and enjoy the sea.
- Rich History: Bulgaria has fascinating history with many ancient ruins historic buildings and cultural landmarks. Sofia the capital city is full of historical site like the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and Roman ruin
- Delicious Food: Bulgarian food is delicious and unique. i am excited to try traditional dishe likes banitsa (a pastry filled with cheese) lyutenitsa (a spicy vegetable spread) and the famous Bulgarian yogurt.
Travel Experiences Planned
Here are the specific experiences I am looking forward to in Bulgaria:
- Exploring Sofia: I plan to visit Sofia the capital city. It has mix of modern and historic site. I want to see the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral walk down Vitosha Boulevard and explore the ancient Roman ruins.
- Relaxing at the Black Sea Coast: I am looking forward to visiting the beaches in Varna and Burgas. I love the sea and these coastal cities are perfected for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
- Hiking in the Mountain: I plans to hike in the Rila and Rhodope Mountain. The Rila Monastery & the seven Rila Lakes are top on my list. These places are Not only beautiful but also offer peaceful escape into nature.
- Experiencing Local Culture: I want to immerse myself in Bulgarian culture. This includes enjoying local music and dance and trying traditional food. Visiting local markets and festivals will be part of this cultural experience.
Travel Companions
I am planning this trip as a solo adventure. Traveling alone will give me the freedom to explore at my own pace and fully experience everything Bulgaria has to offer. However if I could choose a Steemian as travel companion it would be @nooruleman my girlfriend. Traveling with her would makes the trip even more enjoy able and memorable.

I estimate the cost of my trip to Bulgaria to be around 20000 30000 Steem. This includes flight accommodations transportation food and various activitie. Bulgaria is affordable destination with a lot to offer making it a great choice for enriching and memorable travel Experience.

Bulgaria is one the name that I am aware. Having family memebers already there you will definitely enjoy the trip.
