It is fatal for humans! It not only harms the brain but also the body. In this fast-paced life that our lives have become like, anxiety is a very common thing. Lack of trust in relationships, the race to get ahead of each other, feeling insecure, fights, bad behavior, irregularity, staying away from society, being engrossed in one's own life, all these are the causes of anxiety. Everyone has anxiety but it is difficult to recognize it as a disease.
If a particular negative thought or problem persists for a very long time and starts affecting your everyday life, then it is really dangerous and be consulted with doctor.

Anxiety captures human being due to depressing thoughts, despair and sadness persisted for a long time. When we do not give importance to ourselves and neglect our emotions and feelings then it will us to suffer. Similarly, depression can take the form of anxiety if ignored. In this condition, the person is always afraid that something wrong is going to happen.

These are panic attacks. In an anxiety attack, the person feels anxious, scared and nervous all the time. Apart from this, the problem of vomiting and nausea is also felt sometimes. The heartbeat can increase and breathing becomes difficult. If this happens repeatedly, then definitely consult to doctor, otherwise it can also be fatal.

Whenever a thought goes beyond its certain level, it is called anxiety. Thoughts should always be given important up to a certain level. One should never think beyond the limit. As long as a single thought does not bother you, it is normal. But when any thought or idea goes above a certain level and starts surprising or disturbing you, then it becomes a matter of concern.

Some of the symptoms of anxiety are-

Getting agitated

When someone is very upset, his sympathetic nervous system starts working very fast, due to which the heartbeat increases very fast, sweating starts, hands and legs start trembling and the mouth starts getting dry.

Getting nervous

When you think too much, you start feeling uneasy and nervous, which is a symptom of anxiety. This can be very harmful. Before it increases, it is important to see a doctor.

Getting tired

When we start feeling very tired, first of all it is important to know whether this is a normal feeling or is happening due to some worry. If this tiredness is due to headache or nervousness, then it is a symptom of anxiety. Too much worrying does not allow you to sleep and stress starts increasing.

Difficulty in concentrating

People who worry a lot, have difficulty in concentrating and worry also affects memory.

Irritability

People suffering from anxiety are very irritable. They get angry and irritable over small things, which lowers their social status. This is why they get away from people.

Muscle tension

The muscles start getting tense. The person starts getting anxiety attacks and feels unsafe everywhere.

Sleep problems

One of the symptoms of anxiety is that the person is not able to sleep properly. Falling asleep or waking up in the middle of the night due to not being able to sleep properly are also symptoms of anxiety.

Panic attacks

People suffering from anxiety start getting panic attacks due to which the heartbeat increases and sweating starts.

Pregnant women have difficulty in breathing for the child (foetus) which increases the risk of abortion. The affected person is surrounded by problems like chest tightness, vomiting and losing balance.

Lack of satisfaction

A person suffering from anxiety is never able to experience satisfaction. He always feels sad and is unable to enjoy a satisfied life. What can be worst than unlived life !!

A person should try to find the root cause of unstability in your mood. Anxiety is mainly due to massive stress and worrying. Accepting the reality is the one of reasons why many live in anxiety. Hard and bitter truths lead people to demotion. But if you take these reality checks positively and as mean of improvements , you will never find yourself in anxiety.

Talking to friends and family and spending quality time can release any negative energies from human beings.

Some tips to avoid suffering from anxiety.

Some of the tips to avoid suffering are

1.) A person should understand that getting anxious about anything at more times, if left untreated at the right time then it can turn into depression and the affected person can have panic attacks and anxiety.

2.) We can get rid of this problem but the seriousness of this problem should not be underestimated. If you, someone from your family or someone you know is suffering from any of the symptoms of anxiety then the best thing is that you take the help of good doctors or psychiatrist or psychologist.

3.) Eating your favorite foods can be the biggest treatment for your anxiety. As it releases the dopamine and other happy hormones which help you getting feel better.

4.) If you have anxiety, then its solution is not that you accept it as the ultimate truth and sit idle. There must be reasons for getting worried or feeling frustrated. Face the problem with courage. One day this anxiety will definitely go away from you.

5.) There is a lot of difference between being careful and worrying! To be mindful is to be alert whereas to worry is to have deep thoughts which eat you from inside so be mindful not worried.

6.) Scientifically, Traveling is proven method to explore yourself and finally looking at life with alternate perspective. This will significantly reduce your anxiety upto maximum level.

Los problemas que provienen de las demás cosas externas a veces nosotras perdemos darle cierto autocontrol y así mejorar nuestro día saludos.

Yes, due to external factors which sometimes are difficult to handle and leads us to out of self control. They forgot that happiness comes from our work . Irritability, sleep problems and muscles tension are major problems which also deteriorate our moods and behavior.

Rasa cemas dan takut yang kita alami sering menimbulkan efek domino bagi tubuh kita bila tidak bisa ditangani secara cepat.

Saya pernah punya pengalaman traumatis terkait kejadian gempa dan tsunami pada tahun 2004 yang membuat saya mengalami penyakit asam lambung selama beberapa tahun.

Walaupun akhirnya saya bisa pulih berkat usaha dan perjuangan yang tidak kenal lelah.

Point saya adalah bahwa banyak penyakit fisik kita itu dipicu oleh faktor psikis (takut, cemas, stres,etc). Sehingga kita harus mengelola semua itu agar tidak berdampak pada kesehatan kita bahkan kehidupan kita secara umum.

Very well said sir . I am feeling bad for you had such a trauma experience. Many times people think that trauma is a very small thing and also that natural calamities don't cause much trauma but i sincerely believe in you as i very well know what trauma is . You are brave because you fought through it .

I agree with the symptoms you mentioned in your post . Anxiety is something that slowly and steadily engulfs a human . It causes certain hewlth issues too. I feel immediate stomach pain when nervous and my nervous system start attacking . Thanks for this wonderful post .

I like all your tips that you gave How to know how to control anxiety, very good especially about traveling; I totally love it, one disconnects from all the things that can influence our moods and if the place we go is the beach or a field, where vegetation is predominant, the renewal of energy is fascinating.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment on my post . When we get anxiety and other negative mental issues then our aura gets disturbed and polluted. In such a case Traveling to beaches where there is a lot of water , helps us in cleaning our aura and making us feel light and relaxed .
