Highland Brewing Gaelic Ale
Weighing in at 5.6% alcohol, this is a refreshing Ale that exhibits characteristics of an Amber and a Lager. With the ingredients of Water, hope, yeast, malt, you get a nice balance of flavor you'd expect from an Amber upfront, followed by the mildly hoppy finish. Depending on how much you drink, you might even get a slight hint of a Brown Ale malty flavor, but since that flavor may also be attributed to an Amber, it's very subtle.
Sourced from Asheville, NC, you have plenty of larger breweries in the area, but I'd definitely suggest trying out this beer if you're a fan of Amber beers and mild hops, this beer will not disappoint.
Steem on.
Happy Saturday.
And remember, it's Beer o'clock somewhere!
Ouch, at first glance I read Garlic !BEER
Haha, that would be less appealing for sure!
