Be cautious about Abuse Identity Fraud Steem/ Hive/Blurt
Hello my dear Steemians,
Today I wanted to do a little reminder for everything who are active on Steem and not checking anything on clone platforms like Hive and Blurt.
If you remember in the past there were many posts about revealing the users who were abusing the Identity of others and cloning them, taking the identity of users and copying, pasting them as the original users and cashing out for the creativity of others doing nothing for it.
The latest example was @ngoenyi who found her name in Hive, the user created the account in June and started to pretend to be @ngoenyi. Luckily she noticed in time and the account was reported by @the-gorilla and now in blacklist
Also, I wanted to share here the link to Hivewatcher's discord just in case you found that someone is stolen your account and you need help to deal with it on Hive:

Do not forget to check Blurt, this is another identical platform and Fraudsters are also using this one to get rewards with Identity and Plagiarism Frauds

Just put your name and see if there is an account with such name.
The best thing is create an account with your account name that you have on Steem on both Hive and BLurt this way you will reserve the name and nobody can use it and pretend to be you.
Otherwise now @ngoenyi has a good reputation on Steem but the same name is in Blacklist on Hive and she will never be able to change it.

Thanks a lot for this information. It is very useful. I will try and create account in blurt if they have not already done so to forestall future occurrences. I don't even care if my username is blacklisted in hive or not. It is not my problem because I have not even dreamed to be there in the first place. You are welcome and I am glad that everything was stopped at early beginning, that is a horrible feeling of being so powerless to be in such situation. Because you are often involved with newcomers that is another opportunity to share that with newbies :)

I just tried to create account in blurt and it appears they pay for creating account.
When it was created our accounts of the users who were there before were automatically cloned so we had them without doing anything.
I did not know that you should pay to create an account but maybe @the-gorilla knows.
