RE: A3 Comet in my Lens - C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan–ATLAS)
I tried to see it with the naked eye and only saw something like a nebula, which I imagined was the comet lol. Now I was going to write again that this is a consequence of age, but my vision has not been perfect for many, many years anyway. Plus, I have to strain to see something in the dark of night and I seem to have something like nyctalopia, once again I am convinced of this.
But, photographing such things is like participating in all important world events. I can imagine how you feel. To watch it, to be there, to feel it and experience it, to be a part of something grand, great and important, perhaps inexplicable, is truly a one-of-a-kind experience that cannot be described in words. Congratulations on your enthusiasm, motivation and skills! 📸☄️🌃
I'd say you are lucky! I've been speaking to more people lately and many didn't see it at all, some haven't heard of it at all, too sad, considering we're being poured shit political news constantly. Missing something that appears once in 80,000 years... wow.
You are 1000% right, it felt great, it felt awesome, it felt like seeing the divine that is usually hidden from us.
Thank you and have an awesome weekend!
