Today being Thursday means i am only three days away from going to a warmer climate - thank god!, we had a zero overnight temp last night and tonight is going to be minus 2.

Today here got to a dazzling 13 degrees even with the sun out...

The temps for the Gold Coast next week are 24 degrees with sunshine everywhere, can't wait to feel some warmth.

Today apart from 14K of walking with some running mixed in has been just making sure i have my gear ready and basic stuff like - where is my passport??

For dinner tonight we are having American Hot Dogs with some air fried chips to go along with them, the buns i got from supermarket are very fresh and soft.

For my first physical activity today i decided i would go for a walk, however after stepping outside and relising how cold it was i decided a run/walk option may be better - i had to warm up somehow and then decided to complete my 10K circuit.

I managed the 10k in 71 minutes and while doing it got warm and felt great, my other walk today was just a walk after i collected the kids from school.

It was still bitterly cold when i did that as well but 14K done so far today :)

Tonight i have a game of basketball to watch while trying to stay warm, i am lucky i do live in a warm house with decent heating options.

Right i better start thinking about getting those hot dogs n chips sorted.
