How healthy and good is biking in Uganda🇺🇬
I often wake up early in the morning with my bike,I first ride around the community in the meandering trails while passing by the welcoming and smiling faces of the kids with enthusiastic waves"hello! hello" . I met this young girl "Bridget" she was very interested in my exercise,so she had to ask if she can at least put on my glasses😀 that made her so happy
The basic benefits ;
Biking relieves stress,
It increases the cardiovascular fitnes
It helps bones grow stronger
It increases the muscle strength and flexibility
It improves on the joint mobility
It reduces on the body fat levels
It improves posture and coordination
It prevents the disease reduced anxiety and depression.
In the uphill rest,you get clear views of the volcanoes (Mt.Muhabura 4127m high)
The sky motivates your exercise here
And while on the shores of lake Bunyonyi,you get beautiful sceneries of amazing lodges for tourists to rest in. It's Paradise Eco-Hub Itambira island.
