This wonderful breathing technique, exposure to cold and consistency was devised by the Dutchman Wim-Hof, well known for his resistance to extreme cold
I bet you were quite surpissed to learn about his (wim hof) worlds records and achievements.
He got me interested. He got me curious. And I quickly realized how positive change it has been to my body to follow his teachings.
