The World of XPILAR - CITYSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #207 - A very boring city.
You know there are many criteria that determine the quality of a city.
Among them are infrastructure production, population the mood of its residents and here it's worth slowing down a little.
Mood is something that may not at all correspond to what you see around you and your mood is completely different not like others.
Someone in the city may see something wonderful, but for me this city will be a boring hole and to say that it is boring is not enough it is very boring boring as the most boring boredom.
And looking at such a city reflected on the surface of a melted puddle I do not care what the city itself looks like how distorted the contours of the buildings are I am much more interested in the puddle itself than the city around it.
