It is always interesting to look for little-known places. Conquering new peaks. Exploring nature... However, it still can not be without visiting the already popular natural attractions. And here I decided for #saturdaymemories initiatited by @olga.maslievich to tell about my trip (July 2018) to the Carpathians.It seems to me that half the world has heard about this "noisy" place - Fr. Synevyr. Like almost every memory, I have already wrote a story about him, but today I will try to describe it to you in a different, new light...

Завжди цікаво шукати відшукувати маловідомі місця. Підкорювати нові вершини. Досліджувати природу. Проте, все одно не може бути без того, як не відвідати вже популярні природні пам'ятки. І ось тут я вирішила для #saturdaymemories initiatited by @olga.maslievich розповісти про мою подорож (липня 2018 року) в Карпати. Мені здається, що півсвіту чуло про це "нашумівше" місце - о. Синевир. Як і майже кожен спогад, я вже писала історію про нього, але сьогодні я постараюсь описати вам її в інакшому, новому світлі...

The whole area within the radius of the lake was surrounded by business. Even without an additional fee, you will not enter the territory. Well, as for one person, it is not large (20 UAH for an adult), but as hundreds of tourists come here every day, then a good amount is collected. Many hotels and restaurants are located on a relatively small area. Here the prices are ready to be equal to the European ones and in general in the vicinity of the Carpathians it is expensive. Looks like that they are not focused on the average Ukrainian, but on foreign tourists. I would say that in this case, it is more profitable for Ukrainians to explore other countries.

*Усю територію в радіусі озера заполонив бізнес. Навіть без додаткової плати ви не попадете на територію. Ну як для однієї людини вона не є велика (20 грн дорослий) але як кожного дня сюди приходять сотні туристів тоді вже добренька сума назбирується. На не великій відносно площині, розташувались безліч готелів і ресторанів. Тут ціни готові рівнятись з європейськими й взагалі в околицях Карпат — дорого. Зрозуміло, що власники орієнтовані не на середньостатистичного українця, а на іноземних туристів. Я б сказала, що в такому випадку українцям вигідніше вже досліджувати інші країни. *

Because it is the largest and deepest alpine lake and is located at an altitude of 989 m above sea level. It still takes about 20 minutes to climb, although I don't remember exactly.****And I'm lazy by nature, so here's the fact, I did not like.

Оскільки, це найбільше і найглибше високогірне озеро воно та розташоване на висоті 989 м над рівнем моря. До нього ще потрібно підійматися приблизно 20 хв, хоча я не пам'ятаю точно. А я по своїй натурі лінива, тому ось цей факт, мені не дуже сподобався.

Along the way you can notice how people sell goods subject to the Carpathians. Throughout the way you are accompanied by a stream, albeit with a direction in the other direction (well, these are the laws of physics, there was no water that would flow in the opposite direction of the slope😂). You can also see majestic and tall pines growing on the right side.

Протягом дороги ви можете помітити як люди продають товари підвладні Карпатам. Протягом усього шляху вас хоч і з напрямком в іншу сторону супроводжує струмок (ну це закони фізики, ще не було води яка б текла в протилежний напрямок схилу😂). Також можна спостерігати величні та високі сосни що ростуть з правої сторони.

At the end of the road, although I did not take a picture, there are tall spruces on both sides, which create shade, and from that place there is a view of a steep slope and partially visible mountains.

*Наприкінці дороги, хоч я й не зазнимкувала з двох сторін стоять високі ялини, що створюють тінь і з того місця, відкривається вид на стрімкий схил та частково видно гори. *

Going up the mountain, the first thing you see is a really expensive restaurant of Galician cuisine, there is also a fair, horseback riding and transportation to a small island in the middle of the lake - this is what I now call commerce and the main thing that standard tourists come for.

Піднявшись на гору перше, що ти бачиш це комплекс реально дорогий ресторан Галицької кухні, також є ярмарок, катання на конях ну і переправлення на маленький острівок, що знаходиться посередині озера — це я зараз назвала комерцію ну й основне за чим приїжджають стандартні туристи.

And about the lake: we came from the other shore, where not so many people. The mountain landscapes look really beautiful. The lake has a smooth setting and very strange small fish swim on the shoal, which as soon as you enter the water, they stick to your feet and a strong tickle begins. I can't stand it, so I couldn't soak my feet in this water for a long time.

Ну і про саме озеро: ми зайшли з іншого берега, де не настільки багато людей. Ландшафти гір виглядають дійсно прекрасно. Озеро має плавний захід і на мілині плавають дуже дивні маленькі риби, які як тільки заходиш у води, вони налипають на твої ноги і починається сильний лоскіт. Я такого не витримую, тому я не змогла довго мочити в цій воді ноги.

In general, by the standards of the administration and residents, swimming in the lake is prohibited. This is due to the fact that the lake has a low temperature and swimming is dangerous to human health. Despite all this, my father refuted this rumor by swimming to the middle of the lake and back. I will say that two years have passed since then, my father is alive.

Взагалі за мірками адміністрації й жителів купатись в озері заборонено. Порозумівається це тим, що озеро має низьку температуру та купання є небезпечним для здоров'я людини. Попри все це, мій тато спростував цей слух пропливши до середини озера і назад. Скажу зразу пройшло з того часу вже два роки, мій тато живий.

So, in my opinion, it doesn't really make sense to cover such a long distance now in a lake where you can't even swim, a lot of tourists and a lot of commercial establishments. I know many fascinating places twice as close (if you take my place of residence, for example.) In which the landscapes and forest are simply breathtaking beauty next to a mountain lake where you can swim, and from the side flows a wide river, which is also a great place for rest.

*Отже, як на мене то насправді долати таку далеку відстань зараз озера, в якому навіть не можна поплавати, купа туристів та безліч комерційних закладів немає сенсу. Я знаю набагато захоплюючі місця у два рази ближче (якщо брати до прикладу моє місце проживання.) в якому ландшафти та ліс просто захоплюючої краси поруч з ним гірське озеро у якому можна плавати, та й з боку протікає широчезна річка, яка теж є чудовим місце для відпочинку. *

Often popular places do not live up to expectations...

Часто популярні місця не оправдують очікування...
