@vvarishayy it's a good move to set unique content at 80% because sometimes it happens some genetic lines repeat in this post, and many other may have same topic of post so it good to set 80% . And second thing under observation is very helpful for newcomers. They may violate the rules but because of lack of knowledge so I really appreciate these new rules
