👉 What is healthy eating for you?
Every day we will always provide food to eat at the time we usually use it then the choice of food that is a choice for our health is chicken meat.
👉 What is the importance of eating foods that provide nutrients, minerals and vitamins to the body?
In our daily life, we must have the power that my best friend has, for that is very important for y's survival.
The food we consume greatly determines how humans need lots of nutrients and vitamins for our energy to carry out daily activities, so it is very important to eat healthy food.
👉 Do you consider your diet to be healthy?
Refraining from eating too much food is one way to make us more free to move because with a diet we will feel comfortable in whatever conditions we work.
Excessive eating of all foods is not good for the health of our bodies because obesity can occur and there will be little difficulty in doing activities.
👉 Which are the foods that you consume most in your daily menu, do you consider that they are the right ones to maintain a healthy diet?
Whatever food we often consume daily there are always benefits and it depends on each of us how much portion is spent at each meal.
The menu that I often eat is vegetables, fish and also meat and it also depends on taste when we want to choose it.
👉 Detail from your criteria a healthy menu for the day, (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, drink etc).
- My menu of choice is chicken penyet
Drinks that are often consumed every day, especially after eating, are just water because it is very important for our bodies.
Snacks that are available and are often provided for a certain time are prawn crackers, fried bananas, fried tempeh and also fried potatoes and those are also very good for us.
From what I explained, this is the result of my life's journey and it often repeats itself in this life, therefore if there is a difference, it is each individual's choice.
Always be grateful for all these gifts and be patient and sincere in facing life's challenges so that in the end we will get happiness in this life.
Thus my post this time about the activities of my life's journey in terms of food consumed every day, hopefully it can be an inspiration in living this life.

I will tell you that in my opinion, chicken is very healthy, even more than red meat and if it is combined with some carbohydrates and the vegetables that you mention, it becomes an attractive healthy menu. Well said food give us power and energy and that used in daily activities if we were not took in right amount or right food in health point of view we can't be able to complete our work so try to maintain good , healthy and balance diet .
