Welcome back to my recipe blog where I will be sharing another delicious and mouthwatering recipe for 20th February, 2025.

Here's the recipe of plantain porridge;

The Ingredients Used

  • Unripe plantain
  • Pumpkin leaf
  • Beef
  • Palm oil
  • Crayfish
  • Fresh pepper
  • Salt
  • Maggi
  • Onions
  • Dried fish
Preparation Procedures

Step 1: Wash, season and steam beef till it gets soft.

Step 2: peel and sliced plantain and onions to your desired size and add to the pot with water.

Step 3: wash and remove all the bone in the fish before adding to the plantain while boiling.

Step 4: Add crayfish, fresh pepper , maggi, salt and palm oil then cover to cook properly.

Step 5: Add pumpkin leaf and allow it to cook for just few seconds before turning off the cooker.
