Akash was a very shy and simple boy, he must have been only 11 years old, his father was a government officer and he was transferred to a city which was still developing and most of the district was rural.
A week after the transfer, Akash's father reached that place to make arrangements for a house to live in and after returning from there, he told that the city is very underdeveloped and life ends there after evening.
While the place where Akash's family lived was a very busy place and there was a lot of noise from morning to night.
But now nothing could be done and Akash had to go there with his father. The government house that Akash's father was given to live in was in a very deserted place.
Apart from their house, there was only one big bungalow in which a high ranking officer of some other department lived with his family. Apart from these two families, no one else lived there.
Akash's father used to go to work, his mother used to get busy with household chores, Akash also did not have any work to start with, as he had not yet been recruited in the new city. He used to feel very bored there.
All the friends from the old place were also left behind. There was no place to play in that undeveloped place, nor were there any children of that age.
Akash's family went to meet their neighbours in the bungalow opposite theirs one morning. Their family consisted of the husband and wife and their two daughters. The four of them and Akash's family stayed together for about 1 hour.
They told that in the name of entertainment, only a badminton court has been built there, in which their daughters sometimes play badminton in the evening. Both their daughters were also almost of Akash's age.

Those two girls also invited Akash to play badminton with them but since the environment was new and Akash was very shy, he told them that he did not know how to play badminton even though he was a very good badminton player in his previous school.
One evening, those two girls again invited him to come to the playground. He reached there hesitantly and shyly.
Both the girls got busy playing and he kept watching them like a spectator.
After about 20-25 minutes, the elder girl told Akash to play with us here I will try, we both will teach you how to play, come, you also try playing.
Both the girls were almost of his age, yet Akash had never had any relationship with girls, so he was very hesitant.
But on their repeated insistence, he took the racket from them and deliberately started playing with them like a novice and seeing his way of playing, both of them started laughing and making fun of him.
After being insulted by the girls, the player in Akash woke up and after that he did not let them win even once for the next 30 minutes. Now both of them also understood that Akash had lied and he did not know how to play badminton.
Then both the girls became his friends and all three started practicing together. Akash's game made them very good players too.
Later both the girls and Akash used to play badminton for their respective schools where they used to participate in inter-school competitions and beat other players.
And then all three of them won many awards in singles and mixed doubles badminton competitions and made their name famous in the entire district.
Now many years have passed and one of those two sisters has also increased the pride of the country by participating in national and international badminton competitions.
Even today Akash smiles when he remembers those old moments.

A very good lesson for girls. As you already wrote a post on, don't judge a book from its cover. Akash proved himself. But for me a very catchy point is that they became friends in the end and didn't save any grudge against each other. In childhood we are more determined about our personalities, but with time we learn how to leave people with their thinking...

Terimakasih sudah mengundang saya pak, Saya suka sifat akash yang tidak pernah sombong dan angkuh, apalagi dia menyembunyikan kemampuannya
dalam bermain.
Seharusnya memang seperti itu, biar mereka tahu sendiri apalagi sudah mengolok-olok kita nanti mereka akan malu sendiri dengan ulahnya sendiri.
Dulu saat saya merantau dan saya tidak pernah tahu bahasa Jawa saya seperti kambing congek ketika mereka berbicara di depan saya.
Akan tetapi selama tiga bulan berada di perantauan saya sudah bisa menguasai bahasa Jawa tetapi saya tidak pernah mau berbicara dalam bahasa mereka dan lebih memilih menggunakan bahasa umum yaitu bahasa Indonesia.
Suatu ketika saya pergi dari daerah situ dan kembali ke kampung halaman karena penyakit yang saya derita. Namun hubungan komunikasi kasi dengan orang-orang di sana masih terjalin.
Saat saya sedang berkomunikasi di telepon, saya tidak lagi menggunakan bahasa Indonesia seperti biasanya akan tetapi menggunakan bahasa Jawa sama seperti mereka.
Alangkah terkejutnya mereka karena saya berbicara dengan bahasa yang Pasif serta logat Jawa yang medok, mereka juga menanyakan apakyini benar saya atau bukan.
Saya mengatakan bahwa ini memang benar saya apa adanya, mereka juga bertanya sejak kapan saya sudah menguasai bahasa mereka dan saya jawab sejak 3 bulan berada di sana saya memang sudah bisa, namun mereka tidak pernah tahu kecuali anak-anak kecil yang saya ajak bicara tanpa ada orang tuanya.
Kalau sudah ada orang tuanya saya tetap menggunakan bahasa inikembali, alasan saya belajar bahasa Jawa karena memang tinggal di lingkungan orang Jawa dan mereka setiap hari berbicara tentang saya ada yang baik dan ada juga yang jelek.
Namun saya tidak pernah menunjukkan rasa marah walaupun mengetahui yang mereka katakan untuk saya saat itu sehingga mereka tidak curiga kalau saya memang sudah bisa berbahasa mereka.

Coba buka google, lihatlah peta negara kami, Aceh itu ada di ujung pulau Sumatra, dulu kami pernah mengalami stunami yang meluluh lantakkan daerah kami tahun 2006 silam, India juga negara yang sangat indah dengan budayanya, saya sangat suka🥰
Saya telah melihat peta sebelum anda memberitahu saya, ini adalah pulau yang sangat cantik yang terletak di tengah laut. Saya juga melihat bahawa tsunami 2013 telah memusnahkan pulau itu, dengan ombak beberapa ratus meter memusnahkan seluruh pulau. Nampak cantik tempat ni. rasa nak tengok.
