My favourite exercise tends to be a plank.

This is my favorite one in cardio workout. But I don't like it to be naked. I must have to Go with 30 to 40 kg at my back. It greatly helps in loosing belly fat and improving your six packs.

I guess you can't go with 40 kg. Maybe your vertebral column breaks hahaha 😅. Always try to do it naked of any weight.

That's really cool. There are high chances of hurting my back if I don't do it naked but I'm positive one day I'll be able to put weight on my back while doing plank.

Better not to put any weight. My suggestion haha 😅 . If I can do it I have developed my muscles for it. I am expert in workout. I joined Gym since in my college days till now.

Better for you, don't try it. It's not the business of kids hahaha 😅😅. Mazak....
