It's important to maintain ones health, many health conscious individuals are concerned about maintaining their diet, doing proper workout e.t.c they would do anything to maintain their health. This article revolves around health and I'm writing to take part in the contest Healthy habits for a healthy life organized in Steem for Pakistan community, let's get started.

An important factor considered to maintain health is Exercise. Exercise not only improves you physically but also benefits mental health. Doing exercise causes release of hormones (serotonin, endorphin etc) that tend to make an individual happy, boosting up the mood.

My favourite exercise

My favourite exercise tends to be a plank. It not only improves the posture and allows body to gain strength but also it is very beneficial for loosing belly fat.
When I started doing exercise I added plank as the first exercise to do. It looks simple but in reality your toes and arms are holding whole bodies weigh. For quick results I've often seen trainers recommend a minute plank (5 to 7 X/day).


Breakfast is the first dose of fuel for the body, providing the body with the correct dose of energy for the day. Many people skip lunch due to their busy schedule, so it's crucial to consume a healthy breakfast.

Healthy breakfast idea

The most healthy items one can eat in breakfast include yougurt and fruits providing vitamins and minerals to body for a healthy start of day.
Protein shakes, smoothie and milk are healthy drinks to take with breakfast. All providing a quick energy boost in the morning, being rich in protein and many essential nutrients . Most people prefer coffee which can be considered healthy as caffeine makes mind active aiding in making mental performance better.
Best combination: Apple with a glass of milk.

I on the other hand prefer paratha. It may be a heavy breakfast but it's a healthy one too. If it's made of atta (whole wheat) instead of refined floor and is cooked in butter or ghee instead of refined oil it's healthy. It provides a rich source of calories, proteins, fibers, and vitamins, making it ideal for morning consumption. I believe it can be consumed in a diet. My day never starts with out a paratha.

Stress is something that affects performance and mental peace, negatively impacting not only on mental health but also on physical health. Today every individual is living a stressed life. To cope with stress individuals can adopt activities like reading, cooking, spending time with family, working out, and sharing with close ones.

What I do to manage my stress?

I pray, That's exactly what I do. I have discovered this amazing feeling of praying and suddenly all my stress vanishes. It's a spiritual connection of your soul with the Almighty. We do things for the worldly luxury that we are forbidden to do and finally when you discover your religion you soul is doing for what it was created to do and all the problems vanishes like there were no problems before.

Food, exercise, and stress three of these factors link our mental health to physical health and vice versa. It's important to maintain a balance between all and not to focus on one only.
A house will be strong if you build pillers in all the four corners, same is the concept with a healthy human.

My favourite exercise tends to be a plank.

This is my favorite one in cardio workout. But I don't like it to be naked. I must have to Go with 30 to 40 kg at my back. It greatly helps in loosing belly fat and improving your six packs.

I guess you can't go with 40 kg. Maybe your vertebral column breaks hahaha 😅. Always try to do it naked of any weight.

That's really cool. There are high chances of hurting my back if I don't do it naked but I'm positive one day I'll be able to put weight on my back while doing plank.

Better not to put any weight. My suggestion haha 😅 . If I can do it I have developed my muscles for it. I am expert in workout. I joined Gym since in my college days till now.

Better for you, don't try it. It's not the business of kids hahaha 😅😅. Mazak....
