Today, I will participate in the Steem For Pakistan Community's Week 05 Beautiful Engagement Challenge Contest. The topic is SEC-S14 W5 "Job or Business what's your Preference?" I hope everyone will like my writing.

I currently have a job. I have a budget every month in line with my salary. Because if I don't budget in line with my salary, I will struggle to move later on. So, I am sharing the monthly budget through my salary.

I calculate my salary first. Then, calculate the basic expenses of my family like house rent, monthly family food expenses, my son's daughter's school expenses, and commuting expenses to my office. Then, I pay basic expenses after getting my salary. Then, I spend the extra money I have on family entertainment.
Skills are the most important thing in any job or business. I am an electrical engineer. If my electrical skills are not good, I will not get a good job. Similarly, if you want to do business, if you are not skilled in the subject on which you will do business, the business will not be successful. So I think business or job says if there is no skill then success will not come.
Yes, I want to be a successful businessman. I am currently working as head of the electrical department of a company. I am successfully managing the electrical department. I want to be a successful businessman. My dream since my education is to become a successful businessman. But, I haven't started yet. I still have a job. Various adversities still stand in the way of me becoming a businessman.
I am an electrical engineer. The product of my company is producing rods. I completed my studies as a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2012. I join a company with a very low salary. My salary then was 12000/- Taka or 421 Steem.
I changed company after two years and worked in another company as a shift in charge with a salary of 22,000/ Taka or 772 Steem. In this way, I worked as a shift in-charge for two or three years.
Then, in 2017, I got a job offer from a company as an electrical in-charge. I joined that company as in charge of Electrician with a salary of 40,000 /- or 1404 Steem. I worked in that company as an electrical in-charge for about two years.

Then, I joined the present company in December 2019 as Head of the Electrical Department. Currently, I am getting a good celery. And all this is possible because of my experience and skills. When I first joined the job after studying myself, I made a difference between my electrical knowledge at the time and my current electrical knowledge and realized that skills are very necessary. A good job or good business is possible if you have skills.

One of the questions was how do you manage your monthly budget in a job or business?
You have shared some very good answers to this question. You said you are currently in a past tense.
And you get paid with monthly there. A budget of what you like to keep.
It is a very good job because we bring money every month. If we use it completely for our own work, then we can budget less in the month.
Then we have to struggle a lot with what you have tried to convey through this post.
It is really a very nice job that you have done. You share a budget with each month's salary. Which will be very useful in our later life.
Also you tried to answer several other questions through this post I got to know and learn a lot by reading your post.

Thank you so much for sharing such an amazing article with us and I am happy that you are good in managing your monthly budget and before this it was in my mind that only ladies are good in managing budget but from your post I can understand that mails can also manage budget in good way as you are saying that first of all you calculate your salary and then you think about some mandatory expenses like your childrens fees and then in this way you manage your monthly budget. If we don't set the budget by adjusting the expenses with our current income, it is going to be very difficult. You set your budget very precisely. Nothing good can be done without current education and skills. Inspite of having my qualifications, I was left out of the final stage due to lack of skills. Education and skills together can be called the ladder of success. If you want to be a successful businessman, you need to be diligent and efficient. Good luck to you.

একজন ব্যক্তি বড় একটি কম্পানিতে চকুরি পাই। এবং দুপুরে খাবার খাতে অফিসের পাসে একটি হটেলে খাবার খাতে আসে। সে লক্ষ করে হটেল পরিচালক কে শিক্ষিত বলে মনে হচ্ছে। তার পর সে জানতে পারে এই হটেল চালক এডুকেটেট একজন পারসোন সে চকুরি ছড়ে দিয়ে এই হটেলের ব্যবসা শুরু করেছে।
15 বছর পরের কথা, যিনি কম্পানিতে চাকরি করতেন তার বেতন এখন 2 লক্ষ টাকা। এবং যিনি চাকুরী ছেড়ে দিয়ে ব্যবসা করেছিলেন তার হটেল ও এখন বেশ বড় হয়েছেন। এবং ইনকামম ও মাসে প্রাই 2 লক্ষ টাকা।
2 জনের সাক্ষার, যিনি কম্পানিতে চাকরি করতেন তিনি বললেন দেখো আমাদের এখন প্রতি মাসে ইনাকাম এখন সমান। তাহলে তুমি কিলাভ করলে তোখন চাকরি ছেড়ে দিয়ে ব্যবসা করে।
তোখন হটেল ব্যবসায়ী বললেন আমি আমার ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্ম এর কথা ভেবে ব্যবসা শুরু করেছিলাম। আমার ছেলে মেয়ে এখন আমার এই ব্যবসা কে আগামী তে বড়ো করবে। কিন্তু তোমার ছেলে মেয়ে ঠিক তুমি প্রথমে যেভাবে চাকুরী করছেছিলে সেভাবে চাকুরী করে আগে বাড়বে।
