Greetings Steemians!
It's another time to share with everyone how I spent my day with healthy meals. Healthy food consumption only reflect on our physical body and strengthen the internal body system.

My day started beautifully well and was made complete with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Below were the meals for the day;

I woke up and had everything figured out regarding the meal to serve for breakfast but fate has it, everything changed and wasn't according to plan. I planned on making plantain porridge for breakfast, must of the ingredients were not at home. I hurried to the market to purchase plantain, meat, fish and leaf. I shopped without wasting much time but I couldn't find unripe plantain at the market that early. I went to another market where I was able to purchase it. Getting home, I was really exhausted so I took watermelon for breakfast.

I decided to serve plantain porridge at noon because the preparation process took a while and the clock was moving faster than I could imagine.
After making the delicious delicacy, I served it for lunch and it was yummy as seen.

Evening was fast approaching and I wasn't ready to stress myself for fresh meal, so I decided to have meat pie for dinner. I just microwaved it and had it with a glass of water instead of juice or dink.
Few hours later, I took fruit ( mango) before brushing my teeth and close chapter of anything food.
