Yeah. It costs 10 SBD to submit a proposal.
Whether to ask for an upfront payment or ongoing, and how much to ask for, is exactly what I'm seeking input from the community about. It isn't for any shortfall in the budget, but increased stake means more value for token holders, means it’s more desirable to purchase the token, means faster progress to actually buying the land...should lead to a snowball effect. Plus, it would be cool to get some proper advertising out there.

Hmm, I think an upfront/one time payment would be best to kick start this project even more!
That adds instantly more value to the project and the token holders.
