Weekly News Update (February 2020 - Week 4)
Hey fellas and fellettes, it’s time for another Solairitas Weekly News Update!
Another week of steady growth this week, having sold 31 SOL to current members increasing their stake. 😀
Assuming full value of a 50% upvote and posting once per day (and not counting Solairibot’s vote), the purchase of SOL represents an ROI of only 32.8 DAYS!!! That is an unprecedented opportunity!
Eco Zone is also continuing to grow and was mentioned this week by EcoTrain. 😃👍
Solairibot is happily doing its thing and growing at a pleasing pace, having already accrued 14.439 SP on its own!!!
I have also undelegated some SP I had locked up and plan to increase delegation splitting between Solairitas and Solairibot once they expire.
We have also begun saving SBD for the purpose of submitting a funding proposal to the Steem DAO. We’re seeking any and all input with regard to how much we should propose and for how long. What do you think is reasonable?
Voting power continues to remain in the mid to low nineties, and so the rough tiers will remain as they are. However, in not too long a time, the lowest tier (25% vote) will be raised from 10 SOL to 25.

Does it cost sbd to make a proposal?
Are you looking for "upfront" payment or more stable continues payments?
And how much are you looking for? Its hard to know the expensives involving this project :D
Yeah. It costs 10 SBD to submit a proposal.
Whether to ask for an upfront payment or ongoing, and how much to ask for, is exactly what I'm seeking input from the community about. It isn't for any shortfall in the budget, but increased stake means more value for token holders, means it’s more desirable to purchase the token, means faster progress to actually buying the land...should lead to a snowball effect. Plus, it would be cool to get some proper advertising out there.

Hmm, I think an upfront/one time payment would be best to kick start this project even more!
That adds instantly more value to the project and the token holders.
