RE: How do we teach?

in Project HOPElast year

Hi Sandra!

I completely agree with your perspective on the importance of investing time in finding new and innovative teaching strategies. As a student myself, I have noticed that the traditional teaching methods are not always effective in helping me learn and retain information. Therefore, it's great to see teachers like you who are dedicated to finding new ways to help their students succeed.

I can imagine that it can be frustrating when a well-planned teaching strategy does not turn out as expected. However, I think it's important to remember that failure is a part of the learning process. Sometimes, a strategy may not work because it wasn't tailored to the specific needs of the students in the class. But this does not mean that the strategy itself is bad or does not apply. Instead, it may require some modifications to better align with the learning needs of the students.
