Unfortunately, animals are not treated specially in a large percentage of homes here in Nigeria, I once lived in a place where my neighbors laughed at me for bathing my dog and feeding her well, to them it was a complete waste of money, people really need to do better as the benefits of having a pet in the house remains enormous.

Thanks for your comment and for sharing your experience. Certainly the benefits of sharing with a pet, the love and companionship they provide are unique. There are many people who still do not dare to live the experience and treat them in the wrong way, that is why we must cultivate this feeling from childhood. Greetings!
