I think whoever is here on this platform is well aware that plagiarism is not accepted at all but despite it such posting is a very bad act which should not be tolerated. People should use their own words and thoughts and this is what helps to earn reputation.

Some of you may disagree with my decision and may believe that everyone deserves a second chance, and maybe perhaps some people do. However, I'm not planning to punish those users

I agree with your decision and you have taken the right decision. I also hope that both users understand the purpose and don't try to do something which is not right in the future.
