The topic was chosen and we got a chance to participate in this contest.I am very happy to participate in this contest and every contest in this community is very interesting and amazing because that contest is related to our health and we get to learn a lot from here and we can improve our health.

- How morning walk makes your health great?

There are many benefits of morning walk. Because of morning walk, our health becomes very good and the person becomes fresh.Just as the fresh air from a morning walk refreshes our mind and makes us feel very relaxed, it also relaxes our health and morning walk is very good for our health. It happens and is very beneficial.Morning walk makes our mind and our body muscles very strong, morning walk saves us from laziness and a person stays fresh and agile all day.A morning walk is healthy for us because when we walk on an empty stomach without eating or drinking and before the sun rises in the cool air, the cool air refreshes our soul, gives us peace and so on. The flowers that are around and this cool air refreshes our mind and besides, when an empty stomach person walks in the morning, his muscles become strong and energy is generated inside him.

- How much morning walk is part of your routine.

We should set our time for morning walk out of our busy time, at least 30 minutes we should walk because it is good for our health and also we should make time in such a way that we do not eat. Drink and take a morning walk before the sun rises. If you can't walk for 30 minutes, you should walk for at least 15 minutes. Even this little walk makes our health fresh and healthy.This little walk of ours saves the whole day from malaise, which means that a person stays active all day.In the beginning, we find it a little difficult to maintain this routine, but when it becomes part of our daily routine, then there is no problem and people make it a part of their routine.

Una caminata de 30 minutos tiene la facultad de fortalecer nuestros músculos lo cual es genial pero, en lo personal considero que el mayor beneficio que nos aporta esta actividad es que si caminamos diariamente ese tiempo o más, ayudamos a nuestro sistema cardíaco y respiratorio a funcionar correctamente... Novedad que se traduce en que, tendremos la dicha de aislar varias enfermedades de nuestra vida.
