The Diary Game #60: 17/11/24: Garden work and Birthday party

Hello my dear Steemians,

 

Today I wanted to share my activity of yesterday. The reason why I decided to do because it was really busy day and we have planned a lot of things to do and we were glad by the end of the day when that we have accomplish everything we wanted.

Lately, despite of having working day or weekend, we are getting up early so that we could get the majority of the day and to get as many things to do as possible.

Our day started with nice long walk, the day was nice and dry, we do not expect to have sunny days and it is not really matter, we just wish dry weather and get warm clothes.

Our usual path is to go through the town to see if there is anything interesting happening and later on on seashore we go back.

The town was quite, nothing new was there, therefore, I have pictured the beauty of coast and water.

 

 

This time of the morning it is low tide and you can see a lot of sand and water far away. That is very good time for walking with dogs and also just to have a nice walk on beach looking for shells. I love that view, when sun is reflected in water and it is still and calm water surface.

 

 

Garden clean up

 

Now when it is late autumn, many trees dropped off their leaves and there is almost nothing much left on them, but we have a lot of leaves in our front yard. The flowers that we planted earlier this year, surrounded by weed and dry leaves that is why we thought it is a good day for final clean up in autumn. Removing weed, I hope there will be no more fresh weed growing as temperature is going down almost day by day.

So here are my area of work and also my garden instruments, I am very excited, I love working in garden but more I like th see the result of the work.

 

 

 

Even after cleaning up around two plants my bucket was completely full and I needed to empty it. My final result of the work is hte first image of my post.

After that work we definitely needed some food and had nice lunch with good cup of coffee and also with a preparation for the Birthday party of one of my colleague.

 

 

Birthday evening

 

My colleague invited many people, not only us, the colleagues, but also many different people and friends, altogether there were maybe more than 100 of people.

When I arrived it was a building where we could not see if it is right place, but there were many cars and that suggested that there is something is happening. Once we entered, there were already a sign that gave us a hint that there is something happening.

 

 

My colleague loves purple colour therefore, there was much decoration in this colour. This crochet hearts were specially done for all the guests and we all loved htem.

 

 

Many of us, the staff colleagues we were at the same table, on one side it was good because we knew each other and were able to chat. We had very good time and it took a long time till midnight. Everyone was happy and enjoyed the party! I heard how many of people there said that they never seen so much of purple colour around during one evening.
