Hello my dear Steemians,

 
We are on the way back to Scotland on train that will take another 3 hours, there is a Wi-Fi and I decided to use this opportunity for writing so that the time goes quicker.

Actually what I noticed is that there is a problem with uploading the pictures therefore, I was not able to upload any new photos but it did work with my older painting that is why I am using this one.

Today I wanted to invite you to the challenge running by Steem For Ladies Community:

Choose your government

 

I find the topic very interesting because it gives us a chance to explain who we became good friends here on Steemit and also who we know more or less good and would like to have in our team.

So, here is my choose and I will try to explain why I made my decision.

To have a good working team we have to be able to rely on each other and to know what and who from us can do well and where it is the best to use their qualities.

For this challenge we have to choose three female and three male members. Therefore, if I am including myself as a member of team then I need to choose 3 male and 2 female users.

 

The Boss- @xpilar

 

I know @xpilar from the start of our journey and many things I learnt was from him. There are few feature of his character that I am admire and appreciate, but also they make him very good leader of team:

• as any good Boss, he is always there when you need him, any inquiry will be answered
• he likes when people around his show their engagement and any good ideas, that he thinks is good will be supported
• he helps many people around and invests a lot of time in any new beginning
• he encourages people and motivates
• if you did anything good he will be there to thank you
• if you have a trouble he will think how to help to solve it, even if it is not possible, he still will have a think
• he has very good life experience and he knows human character well due to his previous job experience

Therefore, he will be a Boss in a government if I need to create a team for that.

 

The motivator and best for recruitment role @bambuka

 

@bambuka is another person who I came across very long and what I like was the way how he is communicating with people. He is always very attentive when reading posts and his comments reflect what the post is about. When he sees any interesting person who is struggling he is there to support them and also he is always highlighting those people to others so that they do not feel lonely and someone is interested in his post or blog.

If @bambuka has any responsibility for example within community or if he promised something, he always carries them out, without any delay. Therefore, we fully can rely on his help and his positive attitude.

 

Another strong character, suitable for Marketing dep-t @o1eh

 

@o1eh, one of the active person throughout Steemit, I could say everyone know him by now. He is active, motivated and helpful person. I would say that he is calm, despite of his stressful life in Ukraine you never see him stressed, he always carries out his responsibilities within platform that are slowly getting more and he still managing them very well.

I know that he does a lot of Promotion work and have a great fate in Steemit, therefore, Marketing Dep-t is the best for him.

 

Human Resources @sduttaskitchen

 

Sunita is another user who I would love to have in my team. I learnt her first time a long time ago, but then somehow we did not come across till maybe last couple of years, when I noticed how actively she started participate in the Steemit activities.

She created a community and managed to gather many users under one hut of "Incredible India" Community.

She is working very hard, Steemit if her life and she is more than 12 hours a day there for Steemians and her community members. She also running her discord and it is always a lot of communication. None of the queries will be left not answered.

If she is wrong she has no problem to admit it and correct herself and that is very strong feature of a person's character.

So far I learnt her I think Human Resources are the best place for Sunita.

 

Foreign Affairs @silviadiez

 

Silvia is one of WOX members who is there for a long time too. We first noticed her blog due to Visual Art creation, she loves photography of Botanic but also takes part in different photography contests.

While WOX was running Engagement challenge she was one of the team members who were reviewing participants but also due to her Spanish language knowledge she was very helpful communicating users in their mother language.

You know yourself that we all feel more comfortable when people can understand us without using any tools like dictionary books or software. That makes communication easier but also understanding better.

During the challenge Silvia showed herself from her best side, she was daily contacting team and also visiting the posts. She made our work of WOX team easier and also enjoyable.
