SLC | S22W3 : Teacher self-evaluation using SWOT analysis technique
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah, I hope everyone is well, I am also well by the grace of Alhamdulillah. I will now write a few words related to the topic of this contest. As much as I have an idea about the subject, I will try to give the maximum. I hope everyone will like this post and my expression. So let's get started without delay.
What is your opinion after understanding the subject matter provided in this course on teacher self-evaluation using SWOT analysis techniques?
SWOT strength, weakness, opportunity and threats. |
---|
These techniques are a teacher's self-assessment method. A teacher can make himself skilled by adopting these methods. After understanding the content provided in this course, my opinion is mentioned below:-
Strength:- Through this, teachers can identify their respective skills, such as how skilled they are in managing students, how much they have been able to communicate with them, how much they are able to identify on any content in the textbook. When a teacher can identify these things in himself, he becomes more confident and can perform better.
Weaknesses:â Through this, it can be understood what problems a teacher has, such as how skilled a teacher is in ICT, how much knowledge he has about computers, how skilled he is in using modern technology, how his teaching process is, and how skilled or unskilled he is as a teacher. And knowing these things, he is given the opportunity to develop accordingly.
Opportunity:â Through this, opportunities can be used to use new technologies, improve the learning process, and utilize various opportunities in various ways. It is also possible to adapt to new changes in the education system over time.
Threats:- In the education system, students have to face various challenges in the field of education, identify those challenges, overcome obstacles. If you can identify the challe Strengthe coping strategies can be mastered.
Evaluate your teaching activities so far using SWOT analysis techniques, identifying as many of your strengths and weaknesses as possible?
I am assessing my teaching activities using SWOT analysis techniques and identifying my strengths and weaknesses. |
---|
Teaching is an attempt to teach.
Strength:â
Present the students in a simple and fluent way in teaching that children can easily master, present them in a way that can be easily remembered for children.
I am also developing communication and understanding with the students, hopefully I can develop more in the future.
We are teaching students easily using digital tools, which they can easily master.
In the current context, I know that it is not so easy to teach or apply students as we did in that student era. So I always develop students with two things in mind. I can say it's one of my strengths. 1 is the good relationship of the students with the Guardian. The second is to be honest with the students. Keeping these two things in mind, I am building students. When we manage the student properly, we have to discipline them at different times, but because of the sincerity with them and the good relationship with their guardians, there will be no problem. Because I've seen a lot of students who discipline lightly, that student immediately opposes him. The main reason for this is that there is no good relationship with students and students. So I think it's a strength and a power that's very important to have.
Weakness:-
They sit like this for about eleven to twelve hours out of 24 hours and study.
The estimated time in a class is very short, so that it is not possible to explain to the proper students about all the issues, it is not possible to discuss any topic in depth for lack of time, since I am a Hifz teacher, there are many things including Hadith and Tafsir in addition to teaching the Quran to the children.
Also, in Hifz class, students have to memorize the Quran by sitting continuously, but sometimes it seems boring to the children, and as a result, they can not hold their attention.
In the current context, there is a great deal of time or weakness. Such as family or social degradation of students. In today's technology and people's bad mentality, students are forgetting simplicity, morality and etiquette. As a result, they are always inattentive to the teacher's words and following. The environment was much worse than it was when we were students. Due to this scarcity and the company of the only dishonest company, and due to lack of proper social and family education.
Evaluate your teaching activities so far using the SWOT analysis technique, identify as many opportunities and threats as possible?
I am assessing my teaching activities using SWOT analysis techniques and identifying my opportunities and threats.
Opportunity:- |
---|
Using various modern technologies and equipment, it is possible to further improve the teaching process. It will be easy for the students as well as it will be easy for me as a teacher. Moreover, nowadays students are very demanding in terms of technology.
As a result, students will not be limited to just one topic, it will be possible to give them proper knowledge on Quran as well as Hadith Tafsir and other topics. Through technology, it will be possible to explain practically and with images.
And through e-learning, it will be possible to run education activities abroad. The country will be able to participate in various foreign competitions. I am confident that they will be able to develop enough talent in this regard.
Threats:- |
---|
Technical problems can disrupt teaching. Because we all know that technology is basically made up of electrical and electricity structures. Which is possible to solve or solve the problem.
While there may be challenges to be faced, such as the growth of online education platforms, maintaining quality can be challenging. We can still see that education is being delivered through different platforms.
It can be impossible to change quickly according to the needs of students.
After using the SWOT analysis technique, then what is the follow-up plan that you will do in the future, What are your priorities?
