Curation Report January, Team #1 / Week #1 (29/12/22-04/01/23)
Hello dear Steemians,
Today, I would like to present you the data of last week curation that included 29/12/22 to 04/01/23 on behalf of the Steemit Curation Team 1 and my colleagues from the team:
We are glad to be able to have the role of Steemit Community Curators for another month with the same team members. We have been working together for a month in December therefore, we would like to share our opinion about our work as Curators but also being a part of team.

To work in a team is not an easy thing because you will have to deal with different backgrounds, orientation, believes and sometimes language.
One thing I have learned so far is that a good communication and understanding is the key to co-operation, and within this short time we have really expressed this good feature in our team.
We haven't set any unnecessary rules that will become a burden to us.
Most times finding some good contents is challanging and a beg for vote publications become a picture of the day, however due to our commitments and readiness to work, we keep searching for some worthy publications that deserve rewards.
I had a great experience working with Team #1. I learned many things this month. If you work hard, no one can beat you.
For good teamwork, communication and understanding are necessary. We are working with communications.
Curation work is challenging and interesting; you learn many things from others, and while finding quality posts, you go through a lot of good content created on platform. Sometime I find many good and quality pieces of content, but they are lacking all the guidelines given by the curation team, so I guide them where they needed.

Content curation is a commitment to quality and good work. The experience of working with this team has shown me that there are people committed to it and that there are many new users on the platform who are doing a good job thanks to their sponsors or mentors.
Unify criteria of people from different cultures and ways of thinking is not easy, especially in the beginning, so it is completely normal that there are differences in criteria, however having all team members the same objectives and be aligned with them, has allowed us to form a solid team and oriented to the success of curation, where really creative and quality content is supported.

La curación de contenidos es un compromiso con la calidad y el buen trabajo. La experiencia de trabajar con este equipo, me ha demostrado que hay personas comprometidas con ello y que en la plataforma existen muchos usuarios nuevos que están haciendo un buen trabajo gracias a sus patrocinadores o mentores.
Unificar criterios de personas de diferentes culturas y formas de pensar no es nada fácil, sobre todo en un inicio, por lo cual es completamente normal que existan diferencias de criterios, no obstante el tener todos los miembros del equipo lo smismos objetivos y estar alineados con ellos, nos ha permitido formar un equipo sólido y orientado al éxito de la curación, donde se apoyen contenidos realmente creativos y de calidad.
Being part of a solid community curation team that is open to good discussions is a valuable lesson for me.
The opportunity to work with this team was able to bring me to various aspects of assessment so that it was able to educate me to be better and wiser in making decisions in choosing to be curated.
The curation period went very well from week to week, there was a lot of quality content spread across the platform's homepage, both within the community and outside the community, but there were some that we had to skip due to club status and csi voting which indicated that users were not playing an active role. and interact with each other. and it is a big task for us to encourage users to be better, because content curation is not just about quality, but we also have to seek commitment and hard work from users so that they can have a big impact on the steem platform.
This was my second experience. I am very glad that I got a good team. I am very happy to work with my team. It's my pleasure to be given a responsibility by the Steemit team. I appreciate the Steemit team's faith. I have enjoyed every moment of my work. I found a team where everyone is very helpful people. So I am more than happy to work with them.I worked with my team like a family. Which makes me very happy. I am very happy to have my team back. I am once again thankful to the steemit team, because I have been re-placed in a beautiful team.
Being a part of the team is good, we all have sometimes busy days and those days it is noticeable how supportive our colleagues are. I like the discord communication that allows to get very structured work and allows to exchange any information in seconds. We can reach anyone and able to cover the curation days effectively.
I am glad that the Steemit Team decided to give two months for the teams that definitely will make it easy for Curators to perform their duties efficiently. The curation is always responsible task because we want to reach as many people as possible, with such support people get motivated and interested in creating and engaging.
Being part of the teams that go in search of quality, interaction and original content on this platform is very rewarding. Working as a team has been the key to an effective and timely development.
There is a lot of talent in steemit and it is our commitment to look for it and support it. We are a great team, I am grateful for the opportunity that steemit has given us to continue together in this month of January.

The author is a teacher. He has positive activities for us to always read. Apart from that, amidst his busy life, he always tries to do other activities to remain committed to the platform like his activities today, he met one of the steemians. His activities don't stop there, he continues his other activities, he writes very well and also has good pictures, and doesn't forget to use a markdown style which makes his writing even more interesting to read.
His efforts in writing and presenting good writing deserve to be appreciated.

I choosed the post due to interesting content, but I agree with you , due to being a newbie and less engagement in his history it looks not convincing and perhaps needs to have more observation time.

Hi @steemcurator01, I wonder if our report is not good enough or our team is not working well because it is already a second time our Team receive 90% Upvote unlike the other Scteemcurator accounts. It would be good to know if anything need to be changed or if any other member should do the curation report. Would appreciate for the feedback.
Don't worry guys, things like this are common and there have even been reports of other teams experiencing the same thing.
