You started like anyone else by looking on the internet? I wonder how old or should I say, how young you are. No way there was internet as I grew up and jobs are found in the direct environment. You ask family, neighbours. shopkeepers, farmers. The fact you search on the internet means it's not about having your own money to spend but to have a lot to spend in an easy way, at least that is what you hope for.

BTW: No way I would hire a 12 years old over the internet.
