Dedicated Time...a five minute prompt. (Miner we-write)
Dedicated time are precious time.
The time we set aside for important things best known to us. It is set aside because it should not be interrupted. Interruption might cause distraction.
If everyone has a dedicated time to plan and work on their goals, they see much more difference in what they do. Most times we just need the focus, to find time and separate ourselves from what others are doing and concentrate on some personal issues.
In some of my dedicated personal time, I have been able to find solution to some of the problems I encountered then.
I would urge you to consider having a dedicated time where you reflect on things that needs reflection, it will really help you. This time need not be a very long time but just be consistent with the time you set, you can extend the time as you grow.

Do you set a certain time a day or per week to think or?
It's a good idea and for sure it also will help to relax and it avoids nightmares that is if we do not play with our devices. A good tip.

Actually, I do.
I dedicate a few hours to think and reflect on the day and how close I am to achieving my goals. But you know how things are in the real world, I cannot meet up all the time. There are days where I would be occupied all through.
I make up for missed days by adding it to the next day. Sometimes when I am less busy, I still take my time to reflect on some things. The point is, everything is for my benefit.
