RE: Weekly Reflection#31: Lesson from my Professional"Cleaning service"
@suryati1 and you got a lot in common. You both teach, bot manage, schedule, help third parties, advice and both say you are just a cleaner/housekeeper. I wouldn't say that. You would both be perfect hosts, receptionists, secretaries, bookkeepers, cooks and so much more (nurses, mom's in a home for kids not living at home).
With us the cleaning ladies are not clean, they don't know how to clean the windows or floor which irritates. We pay by hour meaning the more they hang around the more they earn no matter if the work is done. See that in the hotel, no hard workers, not skilled, the rooms, bathrooms are dirty, filthy which shouldn't if you pay a lot for a 4-5 star hotel.
Lack of skills we say in all layers but main problem is attitude, lazy, why work if you get paid for doing nothing?
Am I a next version? The older I got the more it shows I got more freedom though and a better start/childhood. My niche I do next to the job which isn't fulltime.
Your niche isn't being a housekeeper but what makes your heart or you sing.
