in STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE8 days ago (edited)

I translated it and I understood what you said. I am so proud of having only one employer from the day I started my work back in 1998. I am too lucky to have them as my employer. All member of the clan from children to elderly loved me not just only because they are all good to me buy the big factor is that me who have the patient doing all what they want me to do from cooking , washing clothes, cleaning, electrical fixing, sewing their dresses, baking , marketing(allowed me to budget a certain amount and listed all what I bought ,return the excess money won their heart for being honest). Even the assignment and school project of the kids, I was doing it full of creativity. I am rendering my knowledge became a tutor in basic English too. They could not find someone like me in behalf, so I deserve their respect. I did also making an old way of massage to the the sick member of the family. In one word, I became a professional housemaid. I did it to earn halal earning to feed my family. I am a person who didn't get angry but only I cried when there is something I don't like from theme. I am a kind of woman who knew to flex myself to any kind of situation.

I don't know if I am abusing myself. Some friends of me told me that I am doing many things out of the contract. But I told them that everything is not just about the amount they pay to me but I want to have good memories and relation between employers and employee which is me and my boss.

Until now I am willing to stay for my health bewfits, I have good health care compared in my country. I earn and help my family. But thank you @wakeupkitty for some highlights to open my mind to have care and save for my future. It penetrated to my bones. I won't forget those advices.

What I can say those working or who work like me in cleaning of house cleaner, do it with system professionally. It's not only an academic professional can do it, we could be a professionals too to what line of work we have and if we do it , they will become good to us all the time.

I knew some members of the clan, learned a lesson from me so they became a better version to their pambantu/ house helper too.

How are you @wakeupkitty? Salute you and I think @xiao-aine will be a next version of you too. How about @cicisaja and @jiva34?

@suryati1 and you got a lot in common. You both teach, bot manage, schedule, help third parties, advice and both say you are just a cleaner/housekeeper. I wouldn't say that. You would both be perfect hosts, receptionists, secretaries, bookkeepers, cooks and so much more (nurses, mom's in a home for kids not living at home).

With us the cleaning ladies are not clean, they don't know how to clean the windows or floor which irritates. We pay by hour meaning the more they hang around the more they earn no matter if the work is done. See that in the hotel, no hard workers, not skilled, the rooms, bathrooms are dirty, filthy which shouldn't if you pay a lot for a 4-5 star hotel.
Lack of skills we say in all layers but main problem is attitude, lazy, why work if you get paid for doing nothing?

Am I a next version? The older I got the more it shows I got more freedom though and a better start/childhood. My niche I do next to the job which isn't fulltime.
Your niche isn't being a housekeeper but what makes your heart or you sing.
