I have had many women bosses, you are right, no woman falls into the trap of false flattery or cheap tricks, but still I have experienced that women are always hungry for polite behavior and real appreciation, which we can express in a low voice or hidden words and then we can convey our feelings to her. But for this, limits are necessary.
