#True praise or flattery
Hello to all my dear Steemian friends .
Today suddenly I met my best friend on the road, I thought of joking with him, and then:
Hello my friend Pal "How are you, I heard that you have got promotion by praising your boss falsely."
No my brother Sur, "You are wrong, I did not praise her falsely, that woman herself deserves praise, it seems someone has misled you, hey friend here in my company many people are jealous of me who did not want me to get promoted."
My brother Pal "I also know your boss very well, I don't find her behaviour, looks, habits, anything praiseworthy. I don't know how you are saying that she deserves praise. And yes, I didn't say anything bad, giving false praise to your boss, flattery, caressing his feet, this is also a part of the job my friend. And yes, I am proud that my friend has got promotion by falsely flattering his lady boss. Ha ha ha.
No brother, I am saying again that there is nothing like that, today you are pulling my leg more than necessary, I say again that my boss deserves that I praise her, and you can see her face, looks and habits, but I work under her, so no one can know her personality better than me. She is an excellent administrator and an excellent business woman. She has taken her business to great heights in just a few years."
And yes my friend Sur, it is not necessary that if someone is capable then his looks and habits should also be beautiful"

Friends, you saw how I encouraged my friend Pal by saying a little bad about his boss and tried to know the reality of his promotion from him, but it seems that his boss is really capable And our friend Pal is also living up to her standards.

interesting scenario. Flattering is common, because in this era of showoff humans are hungry for the approval of society. That's why so many of us think that maybe their praise comes in the domain of flattery. But I think like Pal we must praise those who deserve it. Another point is that we humans interpret situations according to our own biases. We connected two different events and gained the results of our own choice. This is how our brain is set at its pattern of thinking. You penned these situations very simply but still interestingly.

It's not easy to be a lady boss, being accepted, fighting jealousy, rewarding good work but not allowed to say a word.
Strange how male bosses can do as they like and no one cares what they did to sit at the top of the pyramide.
Perhaps your friend Pal is good at foot masaages and a sweet hard working guy. Women love that, gentleness and attentive without stalking behaviour is rare these days and so arw thrustworthy employees.
Congrats Pal you deserved it the average lady boss doesn't fall for cheap tricks amd false compliments.
I have had many women bosses, you are right, no woman falls into the trap of false flattery or cheap tricks, but still I have experienced that women are always hungry for polite behavior and real appreciation, which we can express in a low voice or hidden words and then we can convey our feelings to her. But for this, limits are necessary.

The Lord works in wonderful ways. I am always happy to find someone to share realizations in a mood of humility and respect. I am practicing bhakti yoga for some time now in the line of Vaishnavas coming from Sri Krishna Chaitanya. I think you may be of Indian heritage. You are very fortunate. I am just a student born in the West who has been able to make a connection with a disciplic line. So I am nothing very special on my own merits, since I really don't have any of my own.
