Hi @aviral, thank you so much for sharing these important tips with us. My mom always advised me to drink warm water first thing in the morning. To be honest, I haven't been able to keep up with that, even though I know the health benefits. From now on, I will make an effort to try. I used to practice yoga, but it’s been a while since I last did. I hope to return to these healthy habits soon. I truly appreciate your contribution!
