Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @goodybest all time my favourite topic "Life Hacks To Improve Daily Living" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic

Nowadays many types of diseases surround the body of a person. Therefore, if we follow some Life Hacks, we can help in keeping diseases away to some extent.

My husband has stomach related problems, so I read somewhere that if the morning is started with an apple, then many stomach diseases can be relieved. An apple is capable of keeping diseases away. I try to give an apple to my husband every day.

Yoga is also very important for reducing our daily routine and mental stress. Like Surya Namaskar, Pranayam because in this busy life people have to bear a lot of stress at a young age, so to keep your body safe, to get away from these worries, it is very important to take the help of yoga.

Drinking warm water in the morning removes the toxins from our body and also helps in cleaning the dirt in the stomach. Lunch should consist of food full of complete nutrients. Like dal, rice, vegetable, roti, salad, raita or curd, we find tomato, onion in salad in almost every house. Cucumber, radish are seasonal items, but they also increase the taste of our food and are also beneficial for the body.

This food is light, not too greasy and most importantly, it is full of nutrients. It is also very easy to digest, protein, vitamins, iron, everything is obtained from this type of food. People should also keep doing household chores. One should not depend on machines most of the time, because by depending on machines, a person gets jammed and unknowingly invites many diseases. So keep working, if the body keeps working then the body's machine also remains fine.

People who do not work, just sit and keep resting, they struggle with serious problems of obesity. They have to face problems like thyroid, hernia and those who work remain active and agile.

We should eat a light dinner or we should eat at least an hour before sleeping and then take a short walk so that the food gets digested. When the person goes to bed, the food should be digested.

All people do not have the same body, they have different problems. But these habits are such that they are effective for all people. If adopted, one can remain healthy. In the end I will say this

"A healthy body is the nectar of life".

Hi @aviral, thank you so much for sharing these important tips with us. My mom always advised me to drink warm water first thing in the morning. To be honest, I haven't been able to keep up with that, even though I know the health benefits. From now on, I will make an effort to try. I used to practice yoga, but it’s been a while since I last did. I hope to return to these healthy habits soon. I truly appreciate your contribution!
