One way to improve immunity is to keep your lymphatic system healthy and at the optimal level. Unlike the circulatory system which has the heart to pump the blood, the lymphatic system doesn't have any specific organ to pump the lymphatic fluids. The lymphatic system relies on the muscles of our body to achieve this function. Keeping the muscles active helps in pumping the lymphatic fluids. Therefore most exercises we perform would help us to achieve this. However, there are some specific exercises that have the maximum effect in doing this. That seems to be one of the best exercises available for boosting one's immunity. Thanks for the contribution, @fun.sports
