My youngest daughter who is less than three years old will sometimes always come with me wherever I go, even when I want to drink coffee at the coffee shop, she often comes too, although not every day
Following my habit of enjoying bitter black coffee, he also didn't hesitate to taste it, I didn't mind, although sometimes because of drinking coffee he would find it difficult to take a nap
The question that arises is :
If a toddler occasionally drinks coffee will have an effect on his health, growth and intelligence....???
Please enlighten anyone who understands this.

Thanks a Lot, Best Regards
Whilst coffee is said to contain some health benefits, it must also be borne in mind that it is a stimulant and addictive.
It would be best not to get toddlers addicted to any stimulant until they are adult enough to make their own decisions.
Anything in excess can cause harm to you, whether you are a toddler or an adult.
