Wonderful! I really enjoyed reading this post and watching the videos, is important to workout everyday, I working out because am also aware of it's importance.

Mountain climber is a workout I started early last year, I really love it so much and is not an easy one at all especially when you do it for a very long time.

Am very good in jumping jack, I have alot of endurance for that and it makes my legs and arms stronger.

Keep it up bro, no pain no gain.
