Did you know, working out on a daily basic helps keep your body fitted? You might not have known about this but trust me, this is the deep truth about exercise. There's more benefits, more gain in exercising yourself as it promote your physical well-being, fight incurable disease, sustain your lifespan and helps you maintain a healthy lifestyle .

Exercise is just like education, you learn everyday life to achieve knowledge and discover the hidden knowledge, the same thing happens when you exercise regularly, what am I saying? You grow stronger, healthier and fitted when continuously exercising yourself. This means that exercise is a lifelong business; as long as you're breathing, it is advisable to exercise.

So this week kick off with CARDIO EXERCISE and I'm ready to be the student that will follow up the fitness training from week one to the end. So i begin by grouping the questionaira and answers in a tabular form.

Do you do exercise? How many days per week? How many minutes per day?Yes I love to exercise, that's why i exercise four times per week and last two hours and more.

What do you plan to achieve through this training plan?the reason for fitness training is to keep fit, stay healthy, maintain a good healthy life and more, i want yo achieve these all especially to keep fit.

How I got my BMI calculation.

BMI = weight/(height (cm))^2

My weight= 55 kg.
My height= 1.50 cm

BMI= (55)/(1.50)^2
BMI= 55/2.25
BMI= 24.

BIMBody condition
Less than 18.5❌ underweight
18.5 to 24.9✅ Normal
25.0 to 29.9❌ overweight
Greater than 29.9❌ Obese

With this calculation, I can say my body weight is under normal body weight condition. This is because of my regular fitness training of four days per week. Much thanks to my coach @ngoenyi for bringing this opportunity.

Adhering to the contest, i started my fitness training or cardio with a warm up. The reason is to keep my body, my muscles ready ahead of the upcoming training. It also donate to being flexible. The below video shows my warm up program.

So after the warm up program, my body was open and ready for the next programs which i proceeded to. The next in line was a couples of three programs which includes Walking, running and jogging. It was hard to decide which to go with because all are biggest part of me, anyway i choose jogging which i present below.

Jogging.

Of course running, walking or even jogging is part of fitness training or exercise and by jogging we open our hearts for easy pumping of blood. Jogging is a bit different from running and more than walking, while jogging is different from running and walking, it benefit the heart by helping it circulate blood to their different stream at ease. Why not joining me to jog.

Stair climbing.

After running around the field, i moved on to Stair climbing program. We have a stairs in our training ground which i used to complete my repetition. This particular program is really a strength draining but with endurance, anyone can complete it just like I did, remember; you don't stop when you're tired, you stop when you're done. With this word, i completed 60 repetition.

Our body needs stair climbing training as it has a big impact in the body, for instance; climbing up the stairs and coming down donate to a strong legs and muscles which helps to carry your upper body. After completing this program, i proceeded to the next program.

Jumping jack.

Jumping jack as the name implied is done jacking up or jumping your legs to the side and raising up your hands above your head limit, them return your legs to the starting point with your hands to it's normal position, keep doing it continuously untill you're done. The below video explains better.

I continuously did 140 jumping jack at a streak. This program helps you stress your body which in return, your blood flows perfectly without any obstructions. You think it's difficult but it is not, it's about programing your mind. So you too can do it because Nobody dies while exercising.

Mountain climber.

In this program type of fitness training, you need a step board or your stairs to proceed. With your step board, you position yourself in a plank mood with your two hands on the step board or the stair. Now maintain your position and move your legs to the chest, switch your legs as You're moving your legs faster. I present my video to you below.

This program will make you agile and improve your physical well-being. You'll experience pains in your arms but trust me, you can do it by pushing yourself above the limit.

Stretch.

Stretch after programs is just like drinking water after eating, water helps in food digestion and stretch helps in training distribution. So after completing all the programs, i stretch for some minute. Below is a video of me stretching.

Wonderful! I really enjoyed reading this post and watching the videos, is important to workout everyday, I working out because am also aware of it's importance.

Mountain climber is a workout I started early last year, I really love it so much and is not an easy one at all especially when you do it for a very long time.

Am very good in jumping jack, I have alot of endurance for that and it makes my legs and arms stronger.
