Dear foodlovers in the house, I say a cordial greeting to you all. Trust you are all doing great.

Well it's time for me to share with you my food diary game, hoping that you will enjoy it the fullest and if possible make new discoveries.
Starting from my breakfast I'm going to show you the three delicious meals with which I passed my day.

My breakfast

For breakfast I prepared delicious rice and tomatoes stew for my family.

The tomato stew is always very yummy as my children describes it and they love it whenever I prepare it for them and so as usual they were very happy when made this meal for them. That alone gives me great joy.
I took a selfie with the meal too as you can see below:

My lunch

It was time for lunch after much work at the office and I already felt hungry, I had to wait for the woman that sells our local African salad to arrive.
I purchased a plate of salad from here to enjoy for lunch...

I always enjoy this meal so much because of its great taste and also for the health benefits. It is made of cassava flakes and some other vegetable toppings. The mixture of the ingredients gives it a very great taste. Below is my selfie with my plate of African salad

Dinner

It was time for dinner and as usual I had to prepare what the family will eat. I made use of the cocoyam that we had already to prepare a traditional dish called Ikpang

I purchase other ingredients from the market including fresh fish which I used to prepare the meal. I loved it so much and the kids too and the entire family confirmed it's great taste.
