Hello dear food lovers, how are you doing? I hope you are enjoying your holiday.
Well I'm fine and today I'll like to share with you my food diary. Please continue reading as you are about to see amazing dishes prepared with love today. Starting with my breakfast down to my dinner.
My breakfast
For my breakfast, I made fried eggs accompanied with bread and other toppings with tea.
Well the vegetables I added to the meal makes it more natural and healthy especially for my kids. They enjoy this meal a lot and anytime it is made, they keep jumping up for joy.
What I like most is that this is a very rich breakfast, healthy to the body and to the skin.
I was also happy to see that my family loved it a lot. Seeing smiles on their faces is a great thing for me.
My lunch
For lunch I made the tomato stew and white rice for us.
This is a popular Nigerian food that is enjoyed by many. The basic ingredients are the:
- Fresh tomatoes
- Onions
- Tomato paste
These are the basic ingredients for it. Then other things will follow too.I also boiled the white rice to accompany with the stew. They are mostly eaten together and the combination tastes great.
After it was done, I served it to my happy family and they loved it. They always eat my meals with smile on their faces once it's their favorite.
Dinner
For dinner, I made use of the pap I processed myself.
Using the yellow corn I processed pap for my family's consumption and it will be easier to make whenever we want and rather than going to the market to purchase it every time. It is so cheaper for us and even more heathier. Since I had this pap at home I didn't have problems with my family's dinner. I prepared the porridge beans and simply made the pap to be eaten with it.
Adding the ginger and garlic to the pap made it more nutritious for the kids and also more tasty. No wonder my children, especially my son enjoyed it so much. I'm also happy that I was able to make it.
Eating healthy meals especially when you prepare them yourself gives you so much joy and satisfaction. And most importantly, Good health to you!
