The issue if rape is now becoming serious in my country.
A case happened in my area where a small girl around fifteen years of age came to stay with her aunty and the husband force her and raped her. So because of stigmatization they tried to settle it within the family. I guess is not to be done like that. If they cover it, thus will give him the effrontry to do the next time. He should be seriously dealt with. Let say no to rape.

The issue of raping are becoming rampant everyday, there are few things that needs to be understood. Parent must take their parenting seriously, they should make sure that their daughters are dressing properly, then they should always know their whereabouts. For the rapers, punishment must be done accordingly, if a person knows that he will spent 15years in prison for raping a girl, he won't dare touch her. But, that settle issue is totally nonesense, if anybody tells you to pardon the raper of your girl, tell him to bring his own daughter, so that you will settle the score, watch what he will say
