The issue of raping are becoming rampant everyday, there are few things that needs to be understood. Parent must take their parenting seriously, they should make sure that their daughters are dressing properly, then they should always know their whereabouts. For the rapers, punishment must be done accordingly, if a person knows that he will spent 15years in prison for raping a girl, he won't dare touch her.
