Greeting my dear friends. Today I am here to participate in "Steem4Nigeria" community contest. Today's organized contest is arranged on a very nice topic for which I have come to participate in this contest with great interest. Thanks to the @steem4Nigeria community team for organizing such a wonderful contest on the topic of stress and I present to you my post on the topic.
Here stress means any event, experience or environmental stimulus that causes stress in a person. These events or experiences are perceived as threats or challenges to the individual and can have a negative impact on physical or mental health. When our brain overthinks it causes us stress which affects our body. However, there are many types of field specific stress and they are family stress, personal work stress, physical work stress due to manual work etc. So pushing more than we can handle or taking more than we can handle is considered stress.
I am constantly stressed at certain times of the year for my office work. I think all people except me are busy with their personal or family work. My workload is mainly centered around my office where I have to collect and submit information on time. Moreover, other office tasks often cause stress for me which I feel is harmful to my mental health.
Since I sit in one place and use modern technology to complete my office work, I have to use my brainpower to do my work. In that case, if all the work comes with too much pressure, it damages my mental health so much so that I have the patience to bear such pressure. Because without patience it is impossible to complete all these tasks. Patience as well as due diligence, time and my intellectual power must be used to relieve me of all these pressures.
I see stress as a negative thing as it damages our mental and physical health. I think we tend to worry a lot when we are under stress and we end up damaging our mental health in the hope of getting rid of that stress. I think every person's work style is different and some can work more and some can work less.Therefore, too much work or thinking causes us mental stress and we try to complete our work quickly due to this mental stress, as a result of which our success comes quickly but it damages our mental health. In this regard I always see stress as negative and I always think that if our body is healthy then our mind is healthy so we always need to improve our mental and physical health.
My first and foremost advice for those who work under extreme stress is to remember to focus on improving our physical and mental health above all else. Because when our body or mind is good then we can complete any work successfully. Moreover, any work can be done properly in a healthy body and in this case the quality of work is better. So my first and foremost advice would be to not do anything that harms your physical or mental health.
We all know a famous saying and that is Healthy body beautiful mind which is very popular in our society. So we have to get rid of the stress or mental stress created by manual labor and in this case we do not increase our work area beyond our needs which creates stress on us. So I think in this different life we all need to achieve our physical and mental health and then manage our work. As a result we will have a healthy society and can succeed in fair work.

Events, experiences, hurts, environmental conditions and busyness that affect us are the main causes of stress. These directly or indirectly affect our mental or physical health. Especially when our mind overthinks and analyzes one thing, that mental energy harms our body because this is a major source of stress.
There are different types of stress in anyone's life, including family stress, stress caused by personal work, and stress caused by excessive physical activity. Limiting the work we can do or working too much always causes stress.
The main reason why you are stressed is that you are busy with office work. Then it brings pressure to you. Also, sitting in the office and working with technological tools like computers for a long time has a negative effect on your mental well-being. Therefore, it is appropriate for you to manage your work properly and set aside time to be relaxed
