I think you are doing well, there is no motivation here than striving to be like others, I know we have different pace at which we grow but if you look up to someone you will see you level of grow increase. Combining academics and steemit is very challenging that sometimes I feel I should have known steemit before coming in here but it was all God's plan, I discover our world is revolving and I know in few year to come out consistently here will pay off, just like content creators are being well paid on YouTube and Facebook very soon steemit will be same, already a lot have received substantial rewards already. I am saying this to encourage you and put in more work here. Already you are doing well academically so balancing it with Steemit shouldn't be a problem. You said I am consistent but I think I am just trying and I need more energy. My dear friend, Put in work, and more strength and your consistency will pay off.
