Old age is a blessing nowadays because more and more people die very young and most can’t reach 50 anymore, so to me it will be a great blessing to reach old age. I enjoy the things you do to have a healthy old age that’s amazing your goals are on point and I know that it might be hard to adhere to such a healthy living because of the obvious reasons but when you keep it up it’s going to be amazing
