Everyone has their own path.

I agree that someone needs a break. But I am a different person... For me, movement is life. If I stop, my world will collapse. If I take a break and don't write a post today, then tomorrow I won't have the desire. My option is to get more. More emotions, impressions, a change of scenery. Or a meeting with loved ones or friends. Sometimes I just go out for a walk with the children and this is a whole adventure... a meeting with unexpected acquaintances, a meeting with hedgehogs in the summer, or seeing and taking incredibly bright photos of flowers. After all, if I hadn't taken a step outside, I wouldn't have seen this. Even now I'm sick, but I go to training. Far away in the corner, but I'm doing it. It's easier for me to endure illness and recover faster.
