I like bodyweight exercises very much because it makes our body fit and fit and also benefits more than those machines of zym, bodyweight workout has the most important pull ups which I cannot do much, but I consider it best for exercise
That's it bro! If you cannot do an exercise, start with doing the negative movement phase first. For a pullup this means, jump to the bar, hold tight and then lower your body slowly. Let go of the bar, jump back up and repeat. This will make you stronger.
