For this we have, fair trade rice noodles, a juicy ripe mango🥭, a sun-ripened avocado🥑, an organic cucumber🥒, smoked tofu, a vitamin C rich paprika🌶, a crunchy salad🥬, an antioxidant rich red cabbage, beta-carotene containing carrots🥕, fresh sprouts folded in rice paper. Since this meal is time-consuming, since everything must first be cut and then rolled, it is advisable to prepare this meal with a friend. 😊
For the sauce: mix naturally ▫️hot ginger, ▫️soy sauce, ▫️peanut puree, ▫️chili, lime juice, ▫️grated garlic, ▫️agave syrup, ▫️remaining mango. Until you get a nice creamy consistency. It really was a ceremony and the food was a pleasure. 🌱☀️💚
